HBO has released a trailer for Leaving Neverland, a documentary about Michael Jackson. The film follows two men, Wade Robson and James Safechuck, who allege that they were sexually abused by the music legend when they were children. “The days were filled with magical, childhood adventure experiences,” says Robson. “[It was] playing tag, watching movies, eating junk food, anything you could ever want as a child.” “It’s like hanging out with a friend that’s more your age,” Safechuck says about his relationship with the king of pop. Leaving Neverland, directed by Dan Reed, is set to broadcast on HBO on March 3. Michael Jackson’s estate and family have condemned the documentary.
