Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s “Shallow” from their superhit film A Star Is Born has jumped to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, driven by its Oscar win. “Shallow” surged from No. 21 to No. 1 for its first week atop the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart, Billboard reports.
