Country superstar Keith Urban has offered his condolences to those affected by the deadly mosque shootings in New Zealand last Friday. “My family and I send prayers for ALL who’ve been affected by this indescribable hatred,” Urban, who was born in New Zealand, wrote on Instagram. He also posted a picture of Australia’s iconic Sydney Opera House, which was lit up with New Zealand’s symbolic silver fern in recognition of the people who were killed in the terror attack. Fifty people were killed and 50 others wounded in the terror attack on two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand. A 28-year-old Australian man Brenton Harrison Tarrant has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with the attack. Several other stars also showed their support for the country. “We are deeply saddened by the horrific news out of New Zealand and we stand with all our friends there against hatred of any kind,” Tim McGraw tweeted. “My heart is with the people of New Zealand. it’s such a beautiful country with the kindest people and I can’t imagine what they’re going through today,” Maren Morris wrote.
