Whitney Houston's Estate Ask Court To Withhold Funds From Bobbi Kristina

Whitney Houston's estate has reportedly filed documents to halt payments to the singer's 19-year-old daughter Bobbi Kristina. According to the U.K.'s Daily Mail, the family filed and injunction in an Atlanta court requesting that Bobbi not have access to the funds until later in her life.

The site reports that Whitney's estate, including her mother Crissy, believes Bobbie has fallen in with some questionable characters.

"[Bobbi] is a highly visible target for those who would exert undue influence over her inheritance and/or seek to benefit from respondent's resources and celebrity," reads the court filing.

"Compliance with the provisions of the trust would defeat or substantially impair the accomplishment of the purposes of the trust, which were to provide for the proper maintenance and comfort of the respondent, and to prevent the wasting of trust assets, as evidenced by the trust's spend thrift provision," they added.
