Taylor Swift's Red Tops Billboard 200 And Country Albums Chart

Taylor Swift is at it again, topping the Billboard 200 and the Country Albums charts with her latest release Red. The LP is also number four on the Canadian Albums chart, number six on the Tastemaker Albums chart and number nine on the Digital Albums chart.

In the Country category, Swift topped Lady Antebellum's On This Winter Night, Little Big Town's Tornado, as well as Blake Shelton's Cheers It's Christmas and Jason Aldean's Night Train.

On the Top 200 front, Swift beat out T.I.'s Trouble Man: Heavy is the Head, Bruno Mars' Unorthodox Jukebox, One Direction's Take Me Home and Michael Buble's Christmas.

Red, the fourth studio effort from Swift, sold 623,000 copies in its first week. After six weeks atop the Billboard 200, Swift became the first artist since the Beatles to log six weeks in the prime position.
