Beyoncé Rocks Bikini On Cover Of Shape Magazine

Beyoncé is flaunting her slimmed down post-baby body on the cover of the latest issue of Shape. On the inside pages, she reveals how she lost the 57 pounds she gained while pregnant with daughter Blue Ivy.

"I gained 57 pounds when I was pregnant," Bey said. "I didn't have a lot of time to lose the weight, because I scheduled a show three months after I gave birth, which I would never do again.

"I'm not a person that is naturally very thin. I am a person that has to work at keeping my body in shape."

According to Shape's Bahar Takhtehchian, Beyoncé used a combination of cardio, lunges, and a diet full of veggies and lean meat to help shed the pounds. Trainer Marco Borges adds it's one vegan meal a day that has helped Bey keep her nearly 60 pound weight gain at bay.
