Tim McGraw And Faith Hill List Home For $20 Million

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill have reportedly listed their sprawling Williamson County, Tennessee estate for $20 million. The property sits on 400.7 acres and features four separate residences including a 12-stable barn with an attached apartment.

The property was formerly owned by none other than Hank Williams Sr.

The main home, an antebellum Greek revival style mansion, boasts 3 bedrooms, 4 baths and 3,330 square feet. It does, however, require updating in some of the buildings, according to the blog Real Estalker.

The couple are currently facing a lawsuit filed by neighbors, who claim that their private property was damaged by the couple's refusal to clean up after the 2010 Nashville floods. The Nashville City Paper reports that the suit, filed by Ernest and Jennifer Gendron, complains of numerous downed trees and debris piles that were never removed by McGraw and Hill.
