Joe Walsh Sampled On New Eminem Song

Eminem has released "So Far," a cut from his upcoming album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2, featuring a sample from Joe Walsh's 1978 solo hit, "Life's Been Good."

According to Ultimate Classic Rock, Em does justice to the Walsh classic:

"A tongue-in-cheek ode to the rock 'n' roll lifestyle, 'Life's Been Good' serves as an ironic backdrop for the Eminem song, which focuses instead on the pitfalls of fame and the tendency for things to go wrong at the worst possible moment."

The Marshall Mathers LP 2 features several guest appearances, including Rihanna ("The Monster"), Skylar Grey ("A**hole"), Kendrick Lamar ("Love Game") and fun.'s Nate Ruess ("Headlights").

The sequel to 2000's The Marshall Mathers LP also features Dr. Dre and Rick Rubin as executive producers.

The LP is due November 2.
