Coldplay have released their newest single “Hypnotised.” The new track will be featured on the band’s upcoming EP Kaleidoscope and finds them delving into dreamy pop sounds. The band revealed a preview of the track and broke news of the EP via Twitter earlier this week. The band also recently signed on to appear at the upcoming Global Citizen event. The event is set to take place in Hamburg, Germany on July 6 and will coincide with the 2017 G20 Summit. The band is just one of the big name headliners for the event. They will be joined by the Chainsmokers and Ellie Goulding. “It is truly inspiring to see so many people come together and take action, participating in these essential conversations, and holding world leaders to account. After joining the Global Citizen Festival on stage in New York last summer I am incredibly excited to continue on the journey to a sustainable future free of extreme poverty by performing in Hamburg on July 6,” Goulding said of the event.
