Fergie has signed on for a performance at the upcoming Miss Universe pageant. The event will air live on Sunday, November 26, at 7 p.m. ET on Fox. The Miss Universe pageant had struggled to attract A-list talent in recent years, until Donald Trump sold his interest in the event. With the performance, Fergie will be supporting her newest release Double Duchess, which dropped earlier this year. Speaking of the album, she noted that it touched a lot of personal issues in her life: “There was a lot of emotional stuff that I needed to clean out from inside me. I really opened my heart on this album. I’m not holding anything back. It’s funny, because I would go to these different producers and I’d have this stack of composition notebooks.
