The news comes shortly on the heels of word that they’ve purchased a lavish New York City townhouse that was once owned by Michael Jackson. The Nashville home, located in Franklin, Tennessee, is listed for $3.45 million, which is light compared to the $39 million they just dropped on the NYC pad. The home boasts just over 5,000 square feet with 4 bedrooms and five bathrooms. “Nicole is keen to do Broadway shows and get into making TV programs and New York is a much better place for them to be than Nashville,” a source said of their move to the Big Apple. The NYC home was sold by hedge fund manager Marc Lasry and was built in 1898. The 25-foot-wide home is 12,745 square feet and comes with 16 rooms, including seven bedrooms.
