The certification comes at an exciting time for Swift, who recently made her first appearance in public with her new boyfriend Joe Alwyn. The pair dated secretly for months before appearing at an Ed Sheeran concert earlier this month. “Taylor and Joe are spending time together in N.Y.C. Taylor was in the best mood. She was smiling and waving to fans,” a source tells PEOPLE. “Joe stayed for the whole show and they later left together as well.
