Lorde is planning a vinyl release of her critically acclaimed album Melodrama. The album will be released in both standard and deluxe editions The deluxe edition features 180 gram translucent royal blue vinyl, double gatefold jacket, double sided record sleeve and bi-fold lyric booklet with 6 double sided photo inserts. The standard edition of the release features 140 gram black vinyl, double sided record sleeve and double sided photo insert. “So we have a couple options here … standard comes with a beautiful sleeve, full lyrics & a double sided photo page,” Lorde posted on Twitter. “Deluxe has a beautiful hand drawn vinyl sleeve, 180 gram JUICY BLUE WAX, and SIX double-sided photo pages for ur walls/life!!!” The Melodrama vinyl records can be pre-ordered now and will both be out on April 8.
