Fleetwood Mac guitarist Lindsey Buckingham has put his home in Brentwood, California back up on the market. The three-story residence stands on a private lot, measuring over 35,000 square feet. It has been described as a “neo-Georgian mansion”, featuring 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, with large custom windows and a screening room decorated with a marble-topped bar. The official listing states that the house also boasts “hardwood floors which are unique to each room, beautiful light fixtures and hardware throughout, furniture grade built-ins, outdoor fireplace, fire pit, fountain, outdoor shower, bbq, spacious three-car garage and much more.” Buckingham purchased the home back in December of 2012, for the sum of $5.8 million, which is well below its current asking price. He has since had a new building constructed on the property and first put it on the market in November of 2017, for $22.7 million. It is unknown why it was previously taken off the market, but it is now up for grabs again at the original asking price. It is one of three homes he owns in the area, located in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area. Buckingham was ranked 100th in Rolling Stone’s 2011 list of “The 100 Greatest Guitarists of All Time”. In addition to being a member of one of the world’s best-selling bands, which has sold more than 100 million records worldwide, he has also released six very successful solo albums.
