Prince’s estate has announced a live film event featuring previously unseen video footage and re-mastered audio of the pop icon. The event, dubbed Prince: Live on the Big Screen, is set to take place at the Target Center in Minneapolis on April 21. The Purple One’s estate shared the news in a press release, writing: “The concert will feature newly re-mastered and never-before-released audio and video of Prince accompanied live on the Target Center stage by a super-group of musicians who performed alongside Prince throughout his legendary career. The live experience will showcase Prince in his own inimitable sound and style, highlighting the incendiary energy he brought to each performance.
