A Davidson Probate Court has subpoenaed Samford Brokaw, a long time publicist of Glen Campbell, to testify in a dispute over the late singer’s will on February 20. Glen Campbell died on August 8 last year after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. The court has asked Brokaw to provide “all communications with or about the decedent and/or his family and/or his agent since 2002.” This follows William T. Campbell, one of Campbell’s three children from his second marriage who were excluded from any benefit from an estimated $50 million estate, questioning the late singer’s competence when he signed the 13-page will filed by the singer’s widow Kimberly. The will includes Campbell’s widow Kim, as well as their three children together, along with his eldest daughter Debra and son Travis, whom he had with ex-wife Sarah Barg. Debra and Travis previously won a legal victory after claiming that Kim was denying them the right to visit Campbell during his illness. Court records indicate there was an earlier version of Campbell’s will dated in 2002. According to the Tennessean, Brokaw declined to comment. Copyright(c) 2018 RTTNews.com.
