While sporting a pink slip dress, Perry outjumped the rest of the women vying for the prize and quickly hurried away from the crowd, clutching the bouquet over her head as Cyndi Lauper’s 1983 hit “Girls Just Want to Have Fun” played in the background. She joked about running away from love on Instagram. Perry posted a video of the momentous occasion to her Instagram, captioning the post: “When you crave companionship but run from love when you get it.
