Amy Grant and Vince Gill have announced plans to bring 12 days of Christmas shows to the Ryman in Nashville this year. The couple played ten sold-out shows at the legendary venue a year ago and have upped the ante this year to hit that special number for the holidays. “I’ve always loved Christmas music, and I’ve toured the country singing it for years,” Grant said in a statement. “But, there’s nothing sweeter than coming home to the Ryman Auditorium each holiday season to join Vince on this legendary stage, making even more music and memories with old friends and new.” The holiday concerts are “such a celebration of the things that have remained unchanged,” she told The Tennessean last November. “Every other aspect of life has changed, but the gift of returning to these songs, returning to each other…that’s really where my joy in continuing to do this is.” Copyright(c) 2018 RTTNews.com.
