Billy Joel has cut the asking price of his Palm Beach mansion by more than $12 million. Joel, who initially listed the South Florida home in 2015 for $29 million, put it back on the market for the fourth time in three years for $13 million less than the original value. The latest price of the 9,312-square-foot estate is $16.9 million. The home sits on nearly two acres of land between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal, and includes a fully-furnished eight bedroom main house, guest house and swimming pool. The “Uptown Girl” singer bought the property in 2014 for less than $12 million. The 68 year old pianist purchased a $3.5 ranch in Wellington at the end of 2017 for his fourth wife, Alexis Roderick.
