The Jennifer Lopez-led police drama Shades of Blue will come to end after the upcoming third season, NBC has announced. The final run of the series, which stars Lopez and Ray Liotta in the lead roles, will begin at 10 PM on June 17. Lopez, who plays the role of Harlee Santos, a sharp detective who works for her law-bending boss Lt. Matt Wozniak, is also an executive producer of the series. Liotta plays Lt. Wozniak. “Playing Harlee strengthened me and helped me grow into a more self-assured woman,” says Lopez. Lopez will stay in the NBC fold despite the series ending.
