Lorde treated the audience at her recent Melodrama World Tour stop at the Barclays Center in New York City to something special Wednesday night. She performed the song “New York” in the city of the same name with her trusted collaborator Jack Antonoff accompanying her on acoustic guitar and piano. Antonoff co-wrote the song with St. Vincent. “New York” segued into an acoustic rendition of Lorde’s own song “Hard Feelings.” It was the latest in a series of live covers from the New Zealand singer.
