Joseph Arthur and R.E.M.’s Peter Buck have released a new single “I Am The Moment.” The duo will release their debut LP, Arthur Buck, on June 15 via New West Records. “Becoming free/ It’s not as easy as I’d like it to be,” Arthur sings. “Same way as we wrote our other songs. He had the chords and arrangement and I did the top line – except when I sang, ‘I am the moment ,’ he sang back, ‘Waiting for you.’ Peter said, ‘Okay, finish the lyrics so we can play that tonight.’ And I did, and we did.
