Elton John has revealed that he is working on a musical stage show with Scissor Sisters frontman Jake Shears. Shears recently confirmed the news about his collaboration with Sir Elton. “We’ve been working on one, yeah. We’ve been working on one for a long time. These things take forever. Musicals take a long time. And who knows what’ll happen with it?” he told Sunday Brunch host Tim Lovejoy. The plot of the new show has yet to be revealed. The lyrics of ‘Billy Elliot the Musical’ and ‘Aida’ were written by Elton John.
