Nile Rodgers and Chic debuted a new song “Boogie All Night,” from their upcoming album Its About Time on Tuesday, on the BBC show Later…With Jools Holland. Mura Masa and NAO, who co-wrote the song, joined them for the performance. In a twitter message, PC Music producer Danny L Harle said he too was involved in writing the song. Rodgers said, “Nao, Mura Masa and Cosha were important to me and to be able to debut the songs we wrote live with them on Later… With Jools before we’ve even put out recorded versions makes it even more special.” It’s About Time, which is set for release on September 7, is the group’s first album since their 1992 release Chic-ism.
