Martina McBride has revealed that she will be serving as a guest judge on the July 31 episode of America’s Got Talent. She is the latest of a number of country artists to join the judging panel of the TV reality music talent competition. Sharing her experience as a judge for the first time, McBride said she wasn’t too hard on anybody, but gave the contestants some perspective and honest feedback and encouragement. “I kind of surprised myself. I thought that I would be quiet and observe, but I got to say what I wanted to say and be a part of the whole process,” she told Billboard.
