A new episode of CMT Crossroads featuring Brett Eldredge and Meghan Trainor is set to premiere on September 3. The duo will play “Drunk on Your Love,” “Wanna Be That Song,” “Haven’t Met You,” “Islands in the Stream,” “All About That Bass,” “No Excuses” and “Let You Be Right” during the hour-long concert. Trainor said in a press release that they first worked together on Eldredge’s song “Baby It’s Cold Outside” for his Christmas album, and was thrilled to collaborate with him again on CMT Crossroads. “He’s a superstar and I was star struck during the whole performance,” she said about her collaboration with the platinum selling singer. Describing the Grammy Award-winning pop superstar as “one-of-a-kind,” Eldredge said he is excited to perform with her again. “We’re going to make everybody feel alive.
