In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, British singer-songwriter, Rod Stewart spoke about the possibility of reuniting with Jeff Beck. “My voice and his guitar is a match made in heaven,” he stated. After having worked with the Jeff Beck Group in the late ’60s, Stewart was forced to exit the group due to “ego clashes,” soon after which he began his solo career in 1969. “you know, never say never,” he said when asked about the possibility of a reunion. “I know it’s a cliche, but really, I’m up for it if he’s up for it. The thing is, we both want to produce. That’s the thing.” Having released his latest EP, Blood Red Roses in September, Stewart is presently on tour to support the same. However, after fracturing his foot while playing football with his two sons, the singer was forced to cancel his Wednesday show in Boise after “additional swelling & stress.” Copyright(c) 2018 RTTNews.com.
