Van Morrison Shares ‘Got To Go Where The Love Is’

Van Morrison has released a new track “Got To Go Where The Love Is” from his coming album The Prophet Speaks. The Prophet Speaks will be dropped on 7 December via Caroline International. The fourteen track disc is Morrison’s 40th studio album. The song is available on all digital platforms. “Start all over somewhere else/ Somewhere much stronger than this/ Somewhere I can be myself/ ‘Stead of sitting on the shelf/ Got to go where the love is,” Morrison sings in the neon-lit lyric video. The prolific singer-songwriter said in a statement that it was important for him to get back to recording new music as well as doing some of the blues material that has inspired him from the beginning. “Writing songs and making music is what I do and working with great musicians makes it all the more enjoyable,” Morrison stated.
