A Lenny Kravitz song has reached the No. 1 spot on a Billboard dance chart for the first time. The song “Low”, remixed by David Guetta, Tom Stephan and Junior Black, has landed in the top spot on the Dance Club Songs list, dated November 10. Another of Kravitz’s dance club tracks, “Superlove,” had risen as high as No. 2 on the Billboard dance chart in 2013. “Having the No. 1 position on the Dance Club songs chart is an honor, especially because it is outside my typical genre,” Kravitz told Billboard. “I’ve also known David Guetta before he came to fame, so the fact that he helped bring all of these mixes to No. 1 brings it full circle,” he added. Kravitz was part of Madonna’s “Justify My Love” as a producer and writer. The song topped the Dance Club Songs chart for two weeks in January 1991. Copyright(c) 2018 RTTNews.com.
