Peter Frampton has announced a new album, titled All Blues, composed of blues covers performed by the Peter Frampton Band. The album is set for release on June 7 via UMe. “I am very excited to announce the release of a brand new album. ALL BLUES by Peter Frampton Band. We recorded this right after coming off the road last summer. Lots of my blues favourites and I hope yours too. [Can’t] wait for you to hear it,” the rock legend said on Twitter. Separately, Frampton said in a press release that he always loved to play the blues. “When we formed Humble Pie, the first material we played together was just that,” Frampton said . “For the last two summers I had been playing a handful of blues numbers every night on stage with Steve Miller Band,” he added. “I enjoyed this immensely and it gave me the idea of doing an All Blues album live in the studio with my band.” Copyright(c) 2019 RTTNews.com.
