We’ve always known about Pink’s backbone. Her confidence isn’t just apparent in her music.

Her music runs true to her spirit, especially when it comes to unsolicited parenting advice from strangers.

The pop artist posted a photo of her kiddos at the Hamburg Zoo in Germany on Instagram. However, a harmless photo raised contention in the comment section.

“I’m surprised you go to zoos,” said one follower. “Animals shouldn’t be in captivity. If it was a sanctuary, that’d be different.”

Pink wasn’t having anything to do with the comments made about her parenting. She sassed back. What else would you expect?

“I believe in capturing a child’s interest and love for an animal before teaching them about things like captivity,” Pink responded. “But thank you, the world needed your wisdom today.”

None-the-less, people had heated opinions on the topic and continued to throw parenting criticism Pink’s way–and she wasn’t having one bit of it.

Pink threw all the sarcasm at the parent-shaming commenters. “Here’s the thing though … I don’t remember asking you for your opinion or for your help in raising my child,” she wrote on Instagram. “This isn’t the place for a debate. Call CNN or call the zoo.”

The mother of two didn’t stop there. She continued to post photos of her kids with sarcastic captions to beat the haters at their own game.

If Pink wasn’t enough inspiration to be 100% your authentic self, she definitely gave you a reason to think twice!
