Emma Watson is her own person. She isn’t married, but she doesn’t consider herself to be single.

She says she is “self-partnered.”

In an interview with the British Vogue, Watson shares her approach to life as she nears age 30.

“If you have not built a home, if you do not have a husband, if you do not have a baby, and you are turning 30, and you’re not in some incredibly secure, stable place in your career, or you’re still figuring things out… There’s just this incredible amount of anxiety,” Watson says.

Watson is worth millions. She is a bankable movie star. She is widely recognized for her activism.

“It took me a long time, but I’m very happy [being single]. I call it being self-partnered,” she says.

The interview is part of a December issue of British Vogue, due out Nov. 8.
