Homebuilder Blair Bangerter has built an “Up” home in Herriman, Utah Monday, Aug. 8, 2011. He has replicated the cartoon house from the Disney-Pixar film “Up” and is selling it for $400,000. Even the inside is a replica of the home from the film and an additional twist is that Disney-Pixar – famously controlling and litigious – cooperated.. Jeffrey D. Allred, Deseret News

There is no home in Utah like the UP house in Herriman.

The home is modeled after the home owned by Carl and Ellie Fredricksen in the 2009 animated film.

Getting approval to build it was no easy task, the Deseret News reported.

Now, the home is privately owned.

The owners open the property for pictures with Santa.

A Facebook event page says all of the proceeds for will go to support some local family resource centers.

Santa is magical. The UP movie is magical. It’s a sweet combination.
