It’s the most wonderful time of the year… There’ll be movie parties for hosting, kernels for poping, and friends of good cheer!!!! It’s the most wonderful time of the year…
Honestly, one of the best parts about the holiday season is being able to sit down and enjoy a good Christmas flick. The only problem is there are SO MANY CHRISTMAS MOVIES TO CHOOSE FROM!!
So, to make the decision easier for you, I asked over fifty people what their favorite Christmas movie was… and these were the top ten.
Here is a list of the top ten best Christmas movies to watch this December!
10. The Santa Clause
One of my all-time favorite Christmas movies! I’m stoked it made the list! Not to mention ‘The Santa Clause II’ is a phenomenal sequel.
9. The Polar Express
ALL ABOARD THE SNUGGLE TRAIN! Hard to deny the pureness of this movie. The kids will love it and you know you think it’s adorable as well!
8. A Year Without Santa
Take a trip back to 1974… When there was a year without Santa!
7. Home Alone
Have you ever thought about how cool it would be to spend Christmas alone in Chicago? Well, you can live vicariously through Kevin! And afterward, you can pretend to be alone for Christmas in New York! All around, a great time. And an even better time from the comfort of your own home.

This movie should be AT LEAST in the top five best Christmas movies. ICONIC.

What a wholesome movie. Seriously. This movie embodies the Christmas spirit!

I’m dreaming of a white Christmas… Just like the ones I used to know… Not to mention Bing Crosby’s White Christmas is one of the best selling singles of all time!

It’s always a wonderful life during the best time of the year! Also, this movie is just a classic. Everyone needs to see it at least once.
2. A Christmas Story
“You’re going to shoot your eye out!” If you haven’t seen this or if you believe it doesn’t deserve the #2 stop, take it up with all the T.V. stations that play this movie for 24 hours on Christmas Day.
Aaaaannnnnndddddd DRUM ROLL PLEASE…
1. Elf
And would you expect anything else to snag the #1 spot?! SO many good one-liners you probably use every day of the year.
