Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth finalize their divorce

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are officially single. Hemsworth and Cyrus after years of on and off relationships decided to marry in December 2018. Just thirteen months after saying “I do,” the two signed their divorce.

Court records provided that a Los Angeles judge finalized the divorce that ended their brief marriage. The couple separated after Hemsworth filed for divorce in August, eight months after he and Cyrus tied the knot.

The pair have no children together and reportedly had a prenup in place. This made the task of splitting their assets much easier in court. Hemsworth cited “irreconcilable differences” as the main reason for filing for the divorce.

Cyrus and Hemsworth’s divorce has been finalized as of today, January 28, 2019, and the two will be officially single. The saga of their relationship has reached its end.
