Tax Tip 9, IRS Scams with Garrett Koerner

The IRS will not call you.  PERIOD.  If you get a phone call from someone demanding immediate payment for taxes, hang up the phone.  CPA Garrett Koerner of the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants UACPA.org walks us through the various ways scammers try to take your money.  He also explains how to protect yourself from getting that phone call.  But, there are other scams out there as well.  This show will help you identify the scams and find out how a CPA can protect you.
