Understanding the value of workplace inclusion and diversity

Joining us are Sara Jones and Shawn Newell who are collaborators in the Inclusion Experience Project — which helps conduct authentic conversations in the workplace.

The Inclusion Experience Project will function as a series of unique and intentionally designed learning Experiences aimed to elevate the consciousness of leaders for the purpose of driving trust, stimulating growth and building a culture of inclusivity in the workplace.
