Pink Park City Conquering Cancer
Three years ago, Pink Park City hit the slopes as a day to conquer all cancers with skiers and volunteers in costume coloring the slopes of Park City Mountain. In light of the pandemic, this year the event is virtual and focused on giving hope to families and patients touched by cancer and all funds raised going to benefit cancer research at Hunstman Cancer Institute. In this week’s edition of Utah Weekly Forum, FM100.3 Host Rebecca Cressman is joined by Jen Murano-Tucker, director of Hunstman Cancer Foundation events, and Juliann Fritz, Team Captain of Team Daisy. They explain how this year’s Pink Park City virtual format makes it possible for even more people to help advance cancer research for a specific cancer of their choice.
