Kelly Clarkson is returning to host the 2019 Billboard Music Awards, NBC has announced. Clarkson said she had so much fun hosting the Billboard Music Awards last year. “We’re turning it up a notch this year and I can’t wait to celebrate all of my fellow amazing artists for another unforgettable night of live music,” she said in a statement. The 36-year-old singer-songwriter, who has eight studio albums under her belt, has had 27 hits on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, including 11 top tens. The television personality is currently serving as one of the judges on “The Voice.” NBC will broadcast the three hour event live beginning at 8 pm EST/PST on May 1, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
