Carrie Underwood has suffered a broken wrist after falling at her home on Friday night. According to various news outlets, the singer tripped on some steps outside her house in the Nashville area. She was taken to the hospital and treated for a broken wrist. By Sunday, Underwood was feeling well enough to tweet an update to her fans. She thanked everyone for their best wishes and said it might take “some time” to heal. “I’ll be alright,” she said. “might just take some time.” She also gave a shout out to husband Mike Fisher, who was reportedly out of town at the time of the fall, but came back home to help take care of Carrie. “Glad I’ve got the best hubby in the world to take care of me,” Underwood added in her tweet.
