Jennifer Lopez will guest star on a future episode of Will & Grace. She appeared during the original run of the hit show, performing on stage and even taking Jack (Sean Hayes) on tour with her as a backup dancer. NBC announced in a press release that the singer will play both herself and her Shades of Blue character Detective Harlee Santos on an upcoming episode. Max Mutchnick and David Kohan write and executive produce. James Burrows directs and executive produces. In addition to Shades Of Blue, Lopez has appeared in a number of films such as The Back-up Plan, Monster in Law, and Ice Age: Continental Drift.
