Stone Temple Pilots were joined by Johnny Depp and Joe Perry on stage during their March 8 concert at The Rose in Pasadena, California. Depp came up at the end of the set for “Down,” before Perry made an appearance for a cover of Aerosmith’s “Toys In The Attic” and the set closer, “Sex Type Thing.” Depp and Perry joined forces with STP bassist Robert DeLeo in their supergroup Hollywood Vampires, which was formed in 2015. The band also includes Alice Cooper and drummer Matt Sorum. STP will release their first album with new singer Jeff Gutt, and seventh overall, on March 16. Gutt previously performed in Rival City and Dry Cell and replaces the late Scott Weiland and Chester Bennington as the band’s frontman. Copyright(c) 2018 RTTNews.com. All Rights ReservedLess «
