The opening lineup for the inaugural Pier 17 Rooftop Concert Series in New York has been finalized and Kings of Leon will be among the first to perform. The remaining performance lineup of the Pier 17 Rooftop Concert Series will be announced on May 14. The opening line-up was announced by The Howard Hughes Corporation on Monday. “We understand the inherent power of art and culture to define a community,” said its CEO David R.
