Paul McCartney surprised wedding goers with an impromptu performance. The 76-yead old rocker joined the wedding band for a rendition of the Beatles hit, “I Saw Her Standing There.” As the performance unfolded, the groom, who McCartney is related to through his wife Nancy Shevell, and the bride danced in front of the band. Photo and video evidence suggest most other attendees skipped the dancing and focused on capturing the event on their phones. The wedding was held at Fresh Meadow Country Club in Lake Success, N.Y.
