Eurythmics singer Annie Lennox has recently purchased a mid-century modern home in the Hollywood Hills for nearly $4.4 million. According to LA Times, the house was build in 1960’s by architects Conrad Buff and Donald Hensman. The residence, which is spread across three-quarters of an acre, has more than 2,700 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Records reveal that the property was last sold a decade ago for $1.635 million. Last month, Lennox became the first woman to be installed as chancellor of Scotland’s Glasgow Caledonian University.
