Popstar Britney Spears recently made the mistake of forgetting the name of the place in which she was performing on the UK leg of her Piece of Me tour. “How are you feeling Birmingham?” she greeted her Blackpool audience before quickly correcting herself. While many were able to discover a sense of humour in the mixup, several fans expressed their disappointment in the star, especially since the Blackpool tower, an iconic landmark of the city was in view of the stage, with the words “Blackpool” lit up directly underneath. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that she has forgotten the location of her performance; last month, the star was about to deliver a performance at the Brighton Pride, when she was forced to turn to a backup dancer and audibly ask “where are we?” before turning to the crowd to say “What’s up Brighton Pride!” Copyright(c) 2018 RTTNews.com.
