Lady Gaga has shared the track “Shallow,” a duet with Bradley Cooper from their upcoming film A Star Is Born. “Shallow,” which is just one track from the highly-anticipated film’s soundtrack, was written by Gaga along with Mark Ronson, Andrew Wyatt, and Anthony Rossomando. The song premiered on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 radio show, where Gaga also spoke about the film. Gaga praised Cooper as both a director and costar. Gaga said, “He just sings from his soul and he knows how to tell a story when he’s singing, and I heard it right away.” The film, which is set to release next month, has garnered rave reviews and is now considered to be a potential Oscar-winning film. A Star Is Born follows the story of alcoholic country singer Maine, portrayed by Cooper, who falls in love with Ally, played by Gaga, a young waitress as well as a talented singer.
