Aerosmith Drummer Joey Kramer Selling Texas Home

Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer is selling his home in Boerne, Texas and has listed it for $3.9 million. Kramer and his wife Linda had moved to the home two years ago, from their previous home in Austin. The 7,698-square-feet house was built in 2016 and features four bedrooms, four full baths and 2 half baths. The property sits on a 14.4 acre lot. It also sports a multi-car garage and huge closets. The house was built by custom home builder Todd Glowka, while closets were designed by Lisa Adams of L.A. Closets. “He and his wife, Linda, found it under construction,” says listing agent Megan DiBartolo, Chron reports. Karmer and his band are set to launch the “Deuces Are Wild” Las Vegas residency in April 2019 at Park MGM’s Park Theatre. The band’s 18 Vegas shows will run between April 6 and July 9.
