Simon recently wrapped up his Homeward Bound: The Farewell Tour, with a concert at Flushing Meadows Corona Park. The music legend, who netted 21 Billboard Hot 100 hits and two Grammy album of the year wins in his career, began his farewell concert with “America,” the Simon & Garfunkel classic from Bookends. The 44th season of the SNL returned on September 29 featuring host Adam Driver and musical guest Kanye West. Awkwafina will host the October 6 show, alongside musical guest Travis Scott.
