Diana Ross will perform when the world-famous New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival returns to the Fair Grounds Race Course in New Orleans in April-May. Jazz Fest announced the news on Facebook, saying, “Diana Ross, one the most iconic performers in American music history, has just been added to the 50th anniversary lineup.” This year’s Jazz Fest will run from April 25 through 28 and from May 2 to May 5. The legendary artist, who turns 75 in March, will make her first-ever appearance at Jazz Fest on May 4. Meanwhile, the organizers said Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band will not be coming to New Orleans due to a scheduling conflict.
